Corded Rosary Making Class
The rosary is one of the most cherished collection of prayers in our Catholic faith. Its origins date back to the Middle Ages when people used "prayer beads" to keep track of their Our Father's and Hail Mary's; and was refined by St. Dominic who was moved by a vision of Our Lady during his missionary work (www.catholiceducation.org).
Rosaries can be found made out of a variety of materials for a variety of prices. Corded rosaries are durable, contain no metal, and can be made anywhere as they require no special tools. We will be hosting corded rosary making session in the fall. If you would like to learn how to make a corded rosary, please sign up HERE, or contact Milissa Plescia at milissamay@yahoo.com.
This workshop is recommended for adults and children 10 and over. (All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
